These unprecedented times are proving challenging for most of us one way or another. Whether it is work or personal circumstances, many of us have had to adapt to a rapidly changing situation. Formula Networks regularly provide IT Services remotely but it’s still strange to not undertake our regular site work and interact with users and colleagues alike. Although on-site IT Services are limited at this time, we can still help with your IT requirements in many other ways.

1. Remote Site Survey
We have the skills and tools to provide you with a LAN or WLAN solution based on site plans, and relevant information provided by you. This will help with budgeting and pre-install project implementation. Using tools such as Ekahau, we’re able to provide suggested AP locations based on data provided by our clients. Perfect for future project planning or future install work.
2. Network Design Services
If you’re looking for an upgrade or new physical network. We can provide some suggestions based on information provided by. So, if you are looking to add, upgrade or implement a new IT network, we can provide you a design and quotes for the relevant equipment. Using various tools, we can provide network diagrams and recommendations necessary for pre-deployment.
3. Remote Configuration
If you’re looking to purchase a solution, in many cases we can supply, pre-configure and ship hardware to site for you. It might be that you have some kit on site that requires some set-up, in some cases we’re able to remote in and configure the kit ready for you to deploy and enjoy! Mostly we supply and pre-configure the solution for clients. This can be network Switches, Wireless, and various other connectivity items. Many of also have the ability to be cloud managed.
4. VPN / Cloud Services
We can also advise and help you get connected, depending on the hardware some initial site work may be required.
5. Audio Visual Solutions
We are able to provide quotations, product solution recommendations based on information and key requirements for clients. Then we can supply (and install in some cases) the AV solutions. Working with key vendors and partners, we’re able to deliver solutions which record the presentations on these solutions, enabling users to record sessions and replay remotely.
